Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long do services typically last?

Our services run for around 75–85 minutes, with plenty of time before and after to connect with others.

  • Where do I park?

Each of our locations has onsite and nearby street parking available.

Our friendly parking team will be there to welcome you, help you find a spot, and answer any questions you might have. Just look for the high-vis vests when you arrive.

Visiting for the first time? Let us know—we'd love to help make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible.

  • What should I wear?

There's no dress code here—just come as you are.

Most people wear casual, everyday clothing, but what matters most is that you feel comfortable. Whether it's jeans and a t-shirt or something a little more dressed up, you'll fit right in.

  • Who will I see there?

We are a proudly intercultural and intergenerational church with people from many different backgrounds, nationalities, and walks of life. Our services of worship are in English.

  • What do you offer for kids and youth?

We offer age-specific kids and youth programs during our Sunday gatherings. Families start together in the main auditorium before children and young people head to their programs after worship. Children can be checked in before the service at the signposted registration desk.

A parents' retreat is also available within the worship space for babies and toddlers, allowing you to still hear the service and see the stage.

  • Is your church accessible?

Yes. We want everyone to feel welcome and able to participate in church life.

Our locations are accessible, with designated drop-off areas and step-free access available.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, we'd be happy to help—please get in touch before your visit or speak to one of our team when you arrive.

  • Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?

Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person services, you can always join live on our YouTube channel at 10.30am, or at any other time that suits you. We have people joining from different parts of the world, so understand that Sunday morning for us could be the middle of the night for you!

  • Can I talk to a pastor?

Still have questions? We'd love to help.

If you'd like to talk with one of our pastors or learn more about church life, send us an email and we'll be in touch. You can also submit a prayer request using the form below—we'd count it a privilege to pray for you.
